The Service

EarningsCatalyst is a research tool for swing and momentum traders. We help users find and analyze trade ideas. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage services, or recommendations. The Service is provided “as is” with no service-level guarantee. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable.

Not financial advice

The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, brokerage services, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset.

Earnings estimates and analyst ratings reflect third-party views, not ours. Past performance does not predict future results. Trading securities involves substantial risk including total loss of capital.

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and for verifying any information before acting on it. You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner in any jurisdiction.

Your account

To use most features you need an account. Sign-in is by email and a one-time code (no password). You agree to: provide a real email you control, be at least 18 years old, not share your account, and use the Service only for personal, non-commercial research. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: bulk-download, resell, or redistribute information shown on the Service; bypass rate limits, feature gates, or other access controls; use automated tools beyond personal use within posted rate limits; disrupt the Service or other users’ access; or use the Service to violate any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

Paid plans

• Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you select (typically monthly or annual).
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled in your account settings or via the payment processor’s customer portal.
• You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We do not pro-rate refunds for early cancellation except where required by law (e.g., EU 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services if you have not started using paid features).
• We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days’ notice; price changes take effect at your next renewal.
• Failed payments may cause your tier to revert to the free level. We will email you before this happens.
• If you delete your account, any active subscription is cancelled at the same time.

Intellectual property

The Service’s code, design, and UI are our property. You may use information from the Service for your own research and personal trading decisions. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute information shown on the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish and EU law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including trading losses, missed opportunities, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts. EU consumers retain the right to bring a claim in the courts of their country of residence and the right to alternative dispute resolution.
